Born in Guadeloupe, Laurent Lignieres has dedicated many years of his life to the understanding, training and treatment of the body. Laurent has done extensive training in body building, boxing and Thai boxing at a competitive level. He is also the founder and trainer of his personal training facility, Elite Body Sculpting, where for 15 years he trained every level of fitness from beginners to professional athletes.
Laurent Lignieres received his early training in manual therapy from Educating Hands School of Massage in 2006, followed by the International Academy of NeuroMuscular Therapy where eventually he became a staff member under Judith Delany LMT, NMT.
