Gyrokinesis

A restorative class incorporating breathing, rhythm and yoga movements. Props – Stool or chair needed.

Pilates therapy

Pilates with a physical therapy mind set. Props – Yoga Brick, pilates ball and theraband.

Progressive Pilates

Blend of pilates mat with progressive ballet technique. Props – Pilates balls and Theraband.

Progressive Fusion

Mix of barre fitness exercises with progressive ballet technique. Props – Fisio ball, towel and elastic band.

Stretch
and release

Myofascial and active stretch exercises. Props – Roller Band,Towel,Tennis ball. Bouncy ball, yoga brick.

Ballet Barre

Mix of Progressive barre technique and classical ballet training Props – chair, towel, bands and pilates ball.

Interval

Full body fitness in timed intervals. Props- mat, towel, stool.

Lift Interval

Progressive ballet and pilates movements in timed intervals. Props – chair, light weights and bouncy ball.

Blend of Pilates mat with progressive ballet technique. Props: Pilates balls and therabands.
